Biological dentistry recognises that the mouth and the body are one interconnected system. The materials placed in your mouth affect your entire organism, and what happens systemically manifests in your oral health.
At Bio Salud Dental, this is not a slogan. It is the foundation of how we have worked for over 35 years. Our protocol begins with oral rehabilitation and extends to systemic care: nutritional correction, removal of toxic materials (mercury amalgams, metals), and strengthening the immune system.
We also prescribe a personalised vitamin supplementation protocol for each patient: immune system support before and after any procedure, along with targeted nutritional care to accelerate healing. This is not a supplement — it is an essential part of our treatment.

Dr. Alejandro Castillo has practised biological dentistry since 1992, trained at the universities of Paris (Pierre et Marie Curie and René Descartes). His son, Dr. Carlos Castillo, brings the latest techniques in bone regeneration and periodontal microsurgery. Together, they personally review every case and perform every procedure. No associates, no intermediaries.
A truly biological approach
Every treatment we perform uses 100% biocompatible materials: zirconia implants, BPA-free composites, and metal-free restorations. When needed, we use the MELISA Test to verify material compatibility before any procedure. This level of rigour is what sets biological dentistry apart — and what our patients value most.
