Dental insurance
We work with Mapfre Caja Salud dental insurance. If you hold a Mapfre Caja Salud policy, please bring your card to your appointment. For other insurance providers, please contact us and we will be happy to check coverage for you.

If you are travelling to Madrid for dental treatment, we are here to help you plan your visit. Dres. Castillo and our team offer consultations in English and Spanish, so you can discuss your case in detail and feel fully informed at every step.
How to coordinate your visit
We recommend starting with a remote case review. Send us your dental records, X-rays and a description of your concerns via our Second Opinion form or by WhatsApp. Our specialists will personally review your documentation and contact you within 48–72 hours with a preliminary assessment. This allows us to plan your treatment before you arrive in Madrid, making the most of your time here.
Second opinion service
If you have been recommended a treatment elsewhere and would like an expert opinion from a biological dentistry perspective, our second opinion service is designed for exactly this purpose. You can share your case from anywhere in the world and receive a personal review by Dres. Castillo.
During your stay
Madrid is well connected by international flights, with Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) serving destinations worldwide. Both of our clinics are located in southern Madrid, easily accessible by Metro and taxi from the city centre. Our team can advise on nearby accommodation and help you organise your appointment schedule to fit your travel plans.
