MEDICAL DIRECTOR — SURGEON
Dr. Alejandro Castillo did not begin as a dentist. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1987, and then specialised in Paris in Stomatology and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. That medical and surgical training is what allows him to plan and carry out complex implant and full-mouth reconstructions — and it shaped his decision, in 1992, to build the clinic around metal-free, biocompatible materials.
He holds a D.S.U. in Stomatology and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI), with residencies across six Parisian teaching hospitals, and is a Specialist in Implant Surgery and Prosthetics from the Université René Descartes (Paris V). Physician of the National Order of Paris, member of the British Society for Ecological Medicine and of ISMI (International Society of Metal-Free Implantology).

Dr. Carlos Castillo
DENTIST & IMPLANT SURGEON
Graduate in Dentistry from the Universidad CEU San Pablo. He completed his residency in the Implantology and Maxillofacial Surgery unit at Hospital Rivera Polusa under Dr. Mendoza.
His international training focuses on surgery and regeneration alongside some of the field’s leading names: Dr. Zucchelli (Bologna) in regenerative periodontal surgery, Dr. Istvan Urban (Budapest) in bone regeneration, Dr. Paolo Mesquita (Madrid) in peri-implant periodontics, and Dr. García Bellosta (Madrid) in aesthetic periodontal surgery.
Beyond the clinic: humanitarian surgery
Since 2000, Dr. Alejandro Castillo has been part of Cirujanos del Mundo (Surgeons of the World), a team of five surgeons carrying out surgical missions at the Mulago and Mengo hospitals in Kampala, Uganda — bringing specialised surgery to communities with no access to it. Their work has been recognised in media such as La Voz de Galicia.
The experience inspired the documentary «Niwarinda, el deseado», which tells the story of three of the organisation’s patients and was awarded at the International Scientific Film Festival of Argentina (2007) and the Badajoz Scientific Film Festival (2008) — two of the most prestigious medical film festivals in the world.
